Is Health Care Provider Review free to use?
Yes. Searching providers, reading reviews, writing reviews and setting up review alerts are all free.
Do I need an account to read reviews?
No. Anyone can search providers and read reviews. You need a free account with a verified email address to write a review or turn on review alerts.
Why do I have to verify my email address?
Verification helps us keep reviews written by real patients and makes it harder for anyone to flood a provider with fake feedback.
Can I review the same provider more than once?
Each member can leave one review per provider. You can edit or delete your review at any time from the provider page or your dashboard.
What are review alerts?
Turn on alerts for any provider and we will email you whenever that provider receives a new review. You can turn alerts off with one click.
My provider is not listed. Can you add them?
Absolutely. Send us the provider's name, practice and city through the Contact Us page and our staff will add them.
What should I avoid writing in a review?
Please do not share private medical details, personal contact information, or abusive language. Focus on your experience: communication, wait times, office staff and quality of care.
Is this medical advice?
No. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of patients. Always consult a qualified professional for medical decisions, and call 911 in an emergency.
